We are looking to fill
BSC, MT, and TSS positions in all of our offices. Hours vary depending
on clients' needs. School cases, daylight cases, as well as evening and
weekend cases are available, but are subject to change at any time. Positions
are part-time, with the potential to acquire full-time hours at a later
date. Please note that an interview with CPC does not guarantee employment.

be the lead clinician on a team of therapists that provides therapy to
children and adolescents |

Tasks and Responsibilities |
- Provide face to face consultations
to the parents, school districts, daycare centers, preschools, after-school
programs, camps, recreational activities, team members, psychologists
and psychiatrists.
- Write Behavior Plans and
Treatment plans at least once every four months for each case
- Run interagency meetings
- Develop interventions
for the therapists to work on in the home
- Prepare materials needed
for therapists to carry out treatment plans
- Analyze and graph data
as well as develop data collection sheets for parents and therapists
- Provide supervision of
therapists in the home
- Help the family find resources
to better aid the child
- Develop crisis plans
- Write discharge goals
and discharge paperwork
- Observe the client and
record data, complete functional analysis and ABC analysis of behaviors,
and conduct assessments of child and family

interpersonal skills, organizational skills, empathy for others, present
in a professional manner, clear and concise handwriting, the ability
to write a clinical note, work independently, and the ability to lift
30 lbs.
- The BSC must also be respectful
of cultural and ethnic differences and customs
- The BSC must be comfortable
working in people's homes, community, and schools
- The BSC must be able to
work in a team approach
- The BSC must be able to
travel to worksites
- The BSC must be able to
come to the office for staff meetings, supervisions, and trainings
as indicated
- The BSC must have an understanding
of behavior modification techniques and be able to develop measurable
objectives in meeting long term goals
- The BSC must have knowledge
of the other team members' positions and be able to write treatment
plans accordingly
- The BSC must have an understanding
of diagnoses in the DSM-IV
- The BSC must work well
with little supervision, be responsible with scheduling clients and
showing up for sessions, and be a good problem solver
- The BSC must have an understanding
of IEP's and 504 agreements

come to the office for staff meeting, Supervisions, and Trainings
and indicated

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology,
Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice (Human
Service field) with no previous work experience
- Bachelor's Degree in other
field with the equivalent of one year full time paid work in a job
that involved direct contact with children
- Licensed registered nurse
with the equivalent of one year full time paid work in a job that
involved direct contact with children
- Associates Degree or sixty
credits towards a bachelor's degree with the equivalent of at least
three years paid experience that involved direct contact with children
- LPN with the equivalent
of at least three years paid experience that involved direct contact
with children
